Do no use pliers on shock shaft without protection. You can create grooves which hurts performance and wears the o-ring seals out.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePull the shock shaft to the bottom.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFill shock 1\/2-3\/4 of the shock body.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMove shock shaft up and down slowly and pull to bottom to let air bubbles come to surface.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTop up the shocks with oil. There should be a slight dome on top.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePut the shock cap on halfway.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHolding at a slight angle with your rag around the top, push the shock shaft up almost to the top and tighten the cap.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eExcess oil should come out. You want as little air as possible. Wipe clean.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAdd blue threadlocker to shock shaft threads before installing spring and retainer.
