Shipping FAQ
We strive to ship orders the same or the next business day Monday - Friday. We occasionally ship on Saturday, but it is not guaranteed.
The email you use at checkout will be the email that your confirmation and your tracking information gets sent to. Ensure that email address is valid and you check it including spam or junk folders before contacting us.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Priority orders: If you order late Friday or during the weekend don't expect action until Monday or Tuesday even with Priority shipping. It doesn't expedite our process or move your order up, but speeds up postal service. Thank you!
