X15 Axle Upgrades and parts - Open to see them all
Here is a variety of Upgrades for the New X15 axles. The options list what they are, I will update and provide more info and pics soon, When upgrading the knuckles you will need to use the hardware included with the knuckles. Dont forget to use loctite.
**Black Brass Axle housings come with 4 new bearings for the inner axle at the diff location. These are required to use. as the tolerance is smaller on the brass housings than others. Also due to the Thick Slippery Black coating on the housings take your time when installing screws, The coating makes the screw holes tight and if not careful you can break a screw in them. You may even want to use a drop of oil or grease on the screw before installing and work it back and forth if it feels too tight. Or Use a thread tap in either m1.4 or m2 depending on hole size. Lastly, Depending on which Knuckles you use if you find you cannot fully assemble the axle when you try to install the knuckles. Check for a burr on the end of your inner axle shaft, in some cases you may need to remove the front axle shafts and file off the burr or make the inner end shorter by .5 to 1mm per side
