The Mofo RC lower link set provides higher rear clearance than stock and additional weight options for those looking for additional weight down low. These links utilize the stock link balls.
Weight:
Aluminum- 2g
Brass- 6g
Includes
2 Front Lower Links
2 Rear Lower Links
O-rings
Install: Remove the front stock link and ball studs. The small link balls will need to be removed from the skid plate side. BE VERY CAREFUL. These are extremely small. It’s easiest to grab both sides with needle nose pliers and carefully push the plastic off. Install this side and then move to the axle side. The links are intentionally a tight fit so take your time. Install the axle side by removing the shock bottom and the ball stud if needed. It it easier to start with the axle side on the rear so you don’t have to unscrew the ball stud. Move the stock upper plastic rear links to the top ball stud on the axle side.
You’ll need to move the rear upper links to the top ball on the ball stud.
Notes:
An o-ring can be added on one side to remove the minimal play you may experience in the links or to gain extra clearances with some shock positions. It isn't necessary given the small size, but may be helpful to some.
We do not recommend you run the shocks on the forward most hole in the rear. You may experience binding if you use these positions since these links provide the most ground clearance possible on a stock suspension setup.
Brass naturally tarnishes over time. They can easily be cleaned or polished for those looking for an updated appearance.
"Apparently these were designed only to snap on stock stuff. Unfortunately, no warning these don’t work otherwise. No ball pivots, rubs other mofo links and drive shaft. If I want to use these, I’ll have to grind them. Would not have purchased if I knew about all these problems. Can’t return since I’ve unpackaged them. Avoid…"

Great quality.
"The skid plate side is alittle difficult to get in, but using a small plastic prybar or something similar to gently push it in helps abunch. Perfect fit, perfect quality, and made in usa."

Need better item description
"When u have your listing remember not everyone is an expert. Maybe add something like this on an item this rebuilds the front axle using stock length arms. Then on the other it rebuilds the front axle and allows more room for weights. I bought duplicates of multiple items now have a bunch of stuff I don’t need. U also need better directions for the brass links I have decided to scrap mine and go with another brand as they bind like crazy. Finally the frame the pocket snake lifts the truck allot and no more articulation. It’s ok I though I sort of figured stuff out but will just add other brand stuff to complete my truck."

"Very well made! not the easiest to assemble and the tolerances for some of the pivothardware werent great. Still went on easy enough and look great!"

"Good quality. Adds weight low on the chassis and the high clearance rear links are key"
— Thomas (5/5)
"Looks good puts weight were u need it also seems to give me a little more travel on the suspension another win win"

"Beautiful machining and perfect weight"

Clearance and tolerances
"Rear links come in contact with upper links and drive shaft. The holes on all links are oversized so the ball joints fall through the links."

"Nice brass for 1/30 scale. . fitment could use refining."
